By using the Enigma application ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Enigma is a free mobile application — a word game in Serbian. The Application includes daily puzzles, Vordl (word guessing game), and Crossword.

3. Registration and Account

No registration is required to use the Application. Your progress and statistics are stored locally on your device. Enigma does not require creating a user account to access core functionalities.

4. Proper Use

You agree not to:

Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access, manipulate, or interfere with the Application or its servers
Distribute, modify, or copy the Application's content
Use automated tools to access or scrape data from the Application

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Enigma team or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are published is considered acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes arising from the use of the Application are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Serbia.
